I like this! I’ve made numerous circle skirts for my more mature women and I see some for my close friends with small females while in the around upcoming. Just a Unwanted fat quarter of fabric? What an enjoyable, speedy project!
Just began again at sewing, and have 2 great granddaughters I plan to make these skirts for. Many thanks for this pattern. It appears uncomplicated and brief.
The six x13 piece could be the waistband with the skirt. The bottom from the shirt is for the body of the skirt. No need to hem! :)
Oh…and make certain that any facet seams from the original shirt are evenly spaced to the sides in the skirt.

Enjoy the skirt, made 1 for my two yr aged who also enjoys it, BUT, I have to be carrying out a thing Mistaken. As soon as the gathers are sewn, it removes any extend the fabric the moment experienced. It’s quite tough to pull up around my daughter’s diaper without having breaking some stitches. Any solutions??

I do think I’m planning to incorporate this skirt in to the combine – But I've a matter – where by do you discover good quality white onesies. The ones in the multi-packs look just a little thin and always way too limited! Thanks!!!

This is most likely going to be a stupid problem…but, after you sew from a person pin to another, you claimed to stretch the elastic. Do I just extend it from one particular pin to the subsequent pin, sew that region, go ahead and take pin out, then keep/extend to the following pin?
